What is Weather Charm?
Weather Charm is an iPhone weather app that tells you today's weather and gifts you cute characters called charms that only appear in that weather. You can log your mood and a one-line journal alongside the weather, and decorate your own room with the charms you collect.
Is it free?
Yes. Weather, mood logging, charm collecting and room decorating are all free. Premium features like automatic trip detection, unlimited conditions and photo entries are available with a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store for your country.
What does Premium include?
Automatic trip detection, unlimited weather conditions, good weather alerts, 3 photos with every entry, monthly and yearly insights, unlimited cities, and +10 dew every day.
How do I get charms?
Charms appear when their conditions match the weather, season, time of day or your entries. Some only show up on rainy days, others only on the first snowy day. You can also pick the charm you want in the shop using dew.
What is dew?
Dew is the in-app currency. You earn it for free by opening the app every day and logging your mood, and spend it on charms, furniture and themes in the shop. You can also buy dew packs. There are no random draws — you always choose exactly what you buy.
Do charms grow?
Yes. The more often you meet a charm, the more it grows. Special charms even change their appearance as they grow.
How does automatic trip detection work?
It's a Premium feature. With location access set to “Always”, the app notices when you arrive in a new city — even while it's closed — and tells you the weather there. Some charms can only be met while traveling.
Is my location stored on a server?
No. Your location is processed on your device and only sent to weather services to look up the weather. It is never stored on our servers.
Can I move my entries to a new phone?
Sign in with Apple or Google and your entries, charms and room are backed up. Sign in with the same account on your new device and everything comes back. Photos attached to entries stay on your device.
I bought Premium but it isn't showing.
Tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom of the Premium screen. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Weather Charm. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Are there ads?
No. Weather Charm shows no ads and does no ad tracking.
Which devices and languages are supported?
Weather Charm works on iPhone and iPad, with Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. It's available in English, Korean, Japanese and German.
